Clean energy for
literally everyone
Founded in Seattle in 2012, Pacific Sky Power exists to make renewable energy work for real people in real places — not just solar farms and offshore wind arrays.
It started with
an Innovation Award.
In 2009, founder Dan Tracy was recognized for early work in portable wind energy from the University of Hawaii. Inspired by Maui's natural abundance of wind and sunshine, he arrived in the Pacific Northwest with a clear mission: build clean energy tools that anyone could use, anywhere.

Power for people.
All the people.
We build energy solutions for the moments that matter — blackouts, backcountry adventures, disaster preparedness, and off-grid living. Small, portable, silent, and genuinely useful. The kind of technology that disappears into your life without asking much of the planet in return.
From classrooms to kayaks
to Kickstarter.
Our wind turbine kits started as educational tools for students and makers. Then people started strapping them to bicycles, kites, boats, and kinetic sculptures. We didn't plan that. We love that.
With 10,000+ units sold and research partnerships with university teams across the country, PSP has become a trusted name in portable wind power — one quiet rooftop, RV, and remote cabin at a time.

We built a turbine
you spin yourself.
On purpose.
The Rogue Turbine generates its own apparent wind through orbital spin technology — meaning you don't need wind to make wind power. It's our most ambitious project yet, and the foundation of a whole new modular off-grid living system.
